Shipping policy

Our shipping times vary based on the type of delivery you select during checkout.
All UK Orders placed before 2pm are sent out on the same day
Any UK orders placed after 2pm will be sent out the next working day.
We aim to have your items delivered to you within 1 -2 business days from placing your order.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, delivery times may vary. If there are any delays, we aim to let you know as soon as possible.
We package our shipments as safely as possible to ensure no damage is done to the products while in transit.

International shipping times vary between 4-21 business days depending on customer location.
All International orders will be fulfilled by DHL Express
Please remove any Extrait Sprays from your cart if you have any as this will not allow you to checkout as there are restrictions on sending sprays abroad.
Only Oils will be available for international orders
Customers are responsible for any and all custom charges once it reaches their target country, if you decide not to pay the custom charges or import duties etc or cannot provide the additional paperwork requested & your order gets sent back to us we will not issue a refund, if you would like your order sent back out then you will have to make payment for additional shipping costs to send out your order.
